All of us here at the Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites are looking forward to welcoming our regular and new guests. We are ready and well prepared with more services and holiday experiences to meet the ever increasing demands of more discerning guests.
Our winter preparations included the redesigning of our entrance with an emphasis on a botanical garden, and the complete remodeling of the bathrooms in all standard rooms, with a view to increase guest comfort and satisfaction. You may now enjoy our beautiful sea view from your bathroom, whilst taking a bath.
Our primal emphasis however was given on our most valuable asset, our staff. Training sessions and language lessons were organized for all our permanent staff with an aim to refine our services and behavior towards our guests.
This summer, as from mid May, we will also launch our new ‘White Linen Lounge & Taverna’ with a meze concept with dishes from Cyprus & Greece.
We therefore extend, to all our friends and prospect guests, a warm welcome to enjoy our new facilities and offerings, and benefit from the usual top service experience of the Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites team.
